The mission of Analytics Technology is to govern, centralize, and democratize ecomm data sources to enable a holistic view of our shoppers (not just buyers). This foundation enables running analytics at scale, eComm insights, and advancing the capabilities of all analytics teams. As the Integrations Analyst, you will support the AA Product Owner and Admin in overall tool and report suite governance as well as integrations with other tools and data sources to govern and enhance analytics capabilities. During the holiday season you will use your analytics expertise to support the Reporting branch of the Business Analytics Team to maintain reporting and resolve business questions as needed. You will analyze data completeness and accuracy across report suites and communicate findings clearly so that the AA Product Owner can take appropriate actions to support the business. Your Impact As the need for reporting and tagging support decreases, you'll have the opportunity to leverage your technical expertise to implement, configure, and administer Adobe Analytics. You will assist the AA Product Owner by analyzing and documenting the downstream impacts of multiple projects and will be responsible for communicating timelines and impacts for each workstream within the projects. The ability to write and follow process workflows and create clear documentation are important in this role. This role must be knowledgeable in AA administration of classification rules, processing rules, data feeds/sources, and design of custom variables. This role supports the AA Product Owner in data privacy and security duties and will serve as the backup for the admin to cover PTO in the future. Qualifications Required Passionate about data and a champion for analytics governance and enablement to support 300 global business users in the tool Must be willing to be online or on-call for part of the Thanksgiving weekend in 2024 Expert at using Adobe Workspace and hit-level data to troubleshoot tagging implementation and answer business questions Previous experience with tag managers, specifically Tealium and Adobe Data Collection (Launch) Reliable partner to deliver updates on project status, collaborator, and strong communication skills Deep understanding of the reporting and analytics capabilities within Adobe Analytics, including Report Builder, Analysis Workspace, Data Warehouse, Processing Rules, Marketing Attribution, and Classifications Ability to leverage Adobe to validate final analytics solutions and to train business users on new features and improvements Experience with extracting/analyzing back-end hit level data in SQL Extensive experience with tag managers, specifically Tealium and Adobe Data Collection (Launch) Skilled at performing and documenting beacon tests using Adobe Assurance, Adobe Experience Platform Debugger, and Omnibug Expert at troubleshooting, testing, and debugging web and mobile app analytics implementations using tools like Adobe Assurance, AEP Debugger, and Omnibu Extensive knowledge of configuring Adobe variables, admin console, and which type of variable is best to capture metrics and dimensions Ability to leverage Adobe Workspace to validate tagging implementation Knowledgeable on data layers, tag management, processing rules, and using context data variables in mobile app SDK implementations Differentiators Ability to interpret beacon tests from Adobe Assurance, Adobe Experience Platform Debugger, and Omnibug Demonstrated experience in process improvement and documentation Experience and confidence to serve as the bridge between business and technical, with the ability to anticipate downstream impacts and support affected stakeholders Previous experience with workflow tracking tools like Atlassian JIRA or Asana Experience with configuring Adobe variables, admin console, and which type of variable is best to capture metrics and dimensions Exposure to data layers, tag management, processing rules, and using context data variables in mobile app SDK implementations Ability to create tagging business requirements for Adobe Analytics and to work directly with developers on the tag management team to see the implementation through final delivery Ability to serve as the bridge between business and technical, with a keen attention for detail, and skills to translate end business user goals into eVars, Props, and events Experience with front-end development and Javascript, CSS Experience with extracting/analyzing back-end hit level data in SQL Working knowledge of the reporting and analytics capabilities within Adobe Analytics, including Analysis Workspace, Data Warehouse, Processing Rules, and Classifications About us: DivIHN, the 'IT Asset Performance Services' organization, provides Professional Consulting, Custom Projects, and Professional Resource Augmentation services to clients in the Mid-West and beyond.
