Pay Rate: $20.00/hour Hours: Third Shift 3:00pm - 11:00pm Location: Twinsburg, OH Summary: The Extrusion Technician efficiently sets up and starts extrusion lines and secondary processing equipment, ensuring seamless communication withquality staff to address production line issues. They play a key role intraining new personnel on equipment and processes and are responsiblefor maintaining equipment cleanliness and optimal functionality forproduction needs. The technician performs various duties as required tomeet business needs. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the set-up and start-up of extrusion lines for production orders per applicable work instructions and procedures.Set-up and start-up of secondary processing equipment per applicable work instructions and procedures.Provides process support to production operators and secondary support associates.Participates as a team member or champion of improvement projectsCommunicates and works directly with quality staff to identify, address, and resolve issues on the production line.Trains and assists in the training of new employees, operators and leads on extrusion equipment and processes.Responsible for ensuring that all equipment and tooling is clean and maintained for production use.Perform other duties as required due to business needs
