As an early-stage startup aiming to launch our first suite of solutions in 1H24, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced product manager to be a part of our success by leading the development and delivery of our company's payment hardware and SaaS solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing product strategies including strategizing product/market fit, creating product roadmaps, and working collaboratively with our technology partners to ensure the successful commercialization, launch and ongoing improvement of our products and solutions. Job ResponsibilitiesAssist DevOps Engineers in maintaining and optimizing IT infrastructure.Engage in cloud service management and optimization, for instance, AWS's EC2, EKS, RDS, IAM, etc.Aid in scripting, testing, and maintaining automation scripts, such as Shell/Python.Assist in configuring and managing CI/CD tools like Gitlab, Maven, Jenkins, etc.Monitor system performance to ensure services meet SLA requirements.Elevate individual and team technical capabilities.QualificationsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.Strong interest and understanding of DevOps culture and tools.Effective communication and collaboration within a team, along with strong problem-solving skills.Fluent in English with the capability to read and write technical documentation.Bilingual Mandarin for efficient communications with our manufacturing partner.A 6-month internship period.Exceptional performers will be considered for full-time positions.Our company is e-verify compliant, and provides H1B visa sponsorship for outstanding employees.
