They are also responsible for the ongoing execution and optimization of accounts, including reporting. Experienced in multiple advertising channels and mediums, the right individual for this role is a roll-up-your-sleeves type, who enjoys data and loves to constantly optimize and improve results. They also enjoy learning new skills, aren't afraid to share ideas and welcome the thought of being an in-house thought leader in a specific channel. They also enjoy collaborating with other internal teams, including design, development, strategy and content marketing, to ensure that the client's media plan is consistent with the client's overall objectives. As this is a client-facing position for reporting purposes, the ideal candidate must also be able to break down complex data sets and marketing ideas into digestible and informative information to an end client.What You'll DoJob responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:Campaign Performance & Reporting:Create, traffic, optimize, and manage paid media campaigns for clients in multiple verticalsExecute keyword research, ad copywriting, landing page optimization, audience targeting and bid managementAssist with developing, executing and testing across campaign variables that create client-specific insight and feed future successions of testingAnalyze Google Analytics trends to help amplify results of paid media campaignsCreate and update monthly performance reports, articulating insights to Directors and the Client Services teamBrainstorm/research targeting & copy ideas for specific campaignsManagement and Client Engagement:Serve as a resource for Specialists for advice and counsel - oversee career development and management of day-to-day tasks with the help of Supervisors and DirectorsSupport Supervisors and Directors with ongoing client and team managementPresent monthly reports to clients, drawing key insights into how to optimize their campaigns better to meet their desired goalsAttend client status calls and keep them up to date on their campaignsMedia Strategy and Management:Assist in researching and crafting unique media plans that excite our clients with help from Supervisors, Directors, and VPsManage relationships with fellow Advertising and Search team members as well as Account Services, Designers, & Web Development to ensure all activations and deadlines are metKeep on top of industry news and develop POVs to communicate relevant updates to the teamJob RequirementsAt least 4 years of Paid Search/Social/Display campaign management including experience developing media plans (at least 1 channel, preferably multiple)At least 2 years of digital paid mediaAt least 2 years of digital analytics / reporting experience (Google Analytics, GA4)Google Ads Certification a plus or willing to acquire in the first 6 months of being hiredDemonstrable experience working on clients SMB's to enterprise-level media accountsAbility to effectively communicate processes and tactics to peers, managers, directors, and other team membersAbility to set priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentExtensive knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint (and Google equivalent)Excellent communication and collaboration skillsExcellent quantitative and qualitative skillsWillingness to jump into new platforms and learn new skills; curiousSemi-hybrid work schedule requiring at least 4 days per week in the Cheshire office, with one of those days being WednesdayEQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER#J-18808-Ljbffr
