Assures Clinician payment is calculated correctly using established models. Confirms Clinician compensation models are reasonable, consistent with fair market value, and meet federal and state requirements. Develops tools and metrics to monitor the performance of Clinician compensation models.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES:Develops and articulates a short-term and long-term strategic vision for Clinician Contracting.Develops, oversees and analyzes Clinician compensation models to ensure adherence to contracts.Facilitates Clinician Compensation Committee meetings including presentation of compensation models, FMV assessments and relevant metrics.Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of Heisenberg clinician compensation tool.Coordinates with Analytics team for benchmark data and conversion factor updates.Communicates directly with clinicians regarding compensation questions.Reviews Clinician compensation models to ensure commercially reasonable and consistent with fair market value, and meet federal and state requirements.Responsible for overall compensation reporting, pay statement development and distribution, and dashboard management.Responsible for development and maintenance of clinician compensation policies and adherence to governance structure.Develops tools and metrics to track and monitor the performance of Clinician compensation models.Responsible for working efficiently and effectively with Recruiting, Medical Affairs and HR. This collaboration includes providing guidance during clinician negotiation; ensures nonstandard offers and compensation changes are within fair market value/commercially reasonable, and obtains appropriate approvals when necessary.Collaborate with budgeting team regarding clinician compensation.Assess and streamline current processes, tools and documents.SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Experience with multi-site medical groups.Knowledge of Heisenberg compensation tool is preferred.Working knowledge of regulatory landscape related to Clinicians compensation.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office suite.Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with Clinicians and upper management.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEDegree in finance, accounting, economic, healthcare administration or other business-related degree required, Masters degree preferred.Minimum of seven years' experience in clinician compensation management required.Minimum of three years' experience managing a team required.Prefer those with experience working for a multi-site medical group.Pay Range:$117,725.00 - $176,589.00The above information is intended to indicate the general nature and level of work required in this position.
