With a unified Data and AI platform, the Databricks Data Intelligence (DI) Platform takes a data-centric approach to GenAI, enabling customers to build-high quality GenAI applications.This Product marketing role will lead outbound marketing for Databricks Mosaic AI, the portfolio of all GenAI tooling on the Dataricks DI Platform - this includes Model Serving, Vector Search and MLflow. You will report to the Senior Director of Product Marketing and develop the marketing strategy to drive adoption of Mosaic AI - you will specifically work on ensuring sales field and partner GTM, as well as pipeline-generation campaigns for GenAI. You will work closely with the product team, the sales team as well as the marketing organization to build and execute on the plan.The impact you will have:Own the marketing GTM strategy and planning for Mosaic AI, the GenAI platform tools on Databricks DI PlatformBuild and land collaterals for key channels across sales, partner and demand-generation, including eventsCreate an always-on go-to-market plan, and pilot new programs with a strong focus on winning mindshare to increase demand ($ sales pipeline) and product adoption (usage)Build a strong and collaborative partnership with our engineering team to create a regular rhythm of landing new launches and related collaterals to our sales and partner teamsIncrease global reach by working with field marketing, industry, events and partner organization to help scale the business globallyBuild trust in Mosaic AI by publishing 10 new recognizable references in this space within the first yearWhat we look for:5+ years of product marketing experience in an enterprise software companyExperience with AI/ machine learning technologiesStrong understanding of the AI developers (e.g. data scientists, ML engineers) and experience in building relevant content for themPortfolio of impactful marketing content, sales enablement materials and always-on GTM with proven results across the marketing funnelExperience presenting at conferences and customer engagementsPreferred BS in Computer Science or Engineering, coupled with MBABenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision401(k) PlanFSA, HSA and Commuter Benefit PlansEquity AwardsFlexible Time OffPaid Parental LeaveFamily PlanningFitness ReimbursementAnnual Career Development FundHome Office/Work Headphones ReimbursementEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Business Travel Accident InsuranceMental Wellness ResourcesPay Range TransparencyDatabricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
