From strategizing bold new initiatives to executing campaigns across diverse channels, you'll be the driver behind customer acquisition and revenue growth. What You'll Do:Craft Winning Strategies: Develop and implement innovative performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and align with our broader company goals.Own the Program: Lead our performance marketing initiatives across Paid Search, Display, Video, Shopping, Retargeting, and beyond. You'll prioritize efforts that maximize impact, foster a test-and-learn environment, and keep our program at the cutting edge.Lead with Data: Use data to drive decisions. Track, analyze, and iterate on performance KPIs daily and weekly to ensure we're making real-time adjustments and driving optimal results. Drive analyses to unpack trends and inform strategic priorities.Manage the Budget: Oversee the performance marketing budget, ensuring every dollar is maximized. You'll forecast, track, and adjust spend to ensure strong ROI across all channels.Lead and Mentor: Inspire, guide, and develop a talented team of marketers. Your leadership will foster collaboration, drive a high-performance culture, and instill a mindset of continuous improvement.Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with teams across Data Analytics, Design, Engineering, Merchandising, and Product Management to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and initiatives. Your Background:Proven track record in growth marketing, with 8-10+ years of experience in e-commerce (B2B preferred).Strong expertise in performance marketing channels (Google, Meta, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Pinterest) and analytics tools (GA4, SQL, Power BI).A minimum of 2 years leading teams, with a demonstrated ability to mentor and motivate.A strategic thinker with excellent prioritization skills, creativity, and a knack for problem-solving.Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
