Anthony Scotto Restaurants is currently looking for a General Manager for one of our Fine Dining restaurants.At Anthony Scotto Restaurants, our culinary teams are constantly evolving to keep our offerings absolutely fresh and exciting. We accomplish this by using the finest, quality ingredients available, regardless of cost, and by updating our menus to reflect the flavors of each season. Our steakhouse cuisine has expanded beyond the classics, to include world renowned sushi and sashimi, exotic cuts of beef, flavorful composed dishes and fresh seafood flown in from around the globe.We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven General Manager to direct and manage our organization's business activities and to develop and implement effective business strategies and programs. Duties for the General Manager will include:Allocating budget resourcesFormulating policiesCoordinating business operationsMonitoring and motivating staffManaging operational costsEnsuring good customer serviceImproving administration processesEngaging with vendorsHiring and training employeesIdentifying business opportunitiesMonitoring financial activitiesThe successful candidate for this role should possess excellent communication skills, superior knowledge of business functions, exceptional budgeting and finance skills, and strong leadership qualities.
