We are pushing the industry forward - helping medical device manufacturers and life sciences companies meet the perpetually changing requirements of the Global Compliance Supply Chain.We are seeking an Office Administrator to help manage the Administration, Facilities, Procurement, and Business Operations in a growing company to ensure continuity in the daily office functions. Candidate must be a self-starter, organized, flexible, and have a positive personality. This person will be involved with multiple departments; therefore, confidentiality and trustworthiness will be necessary. This position is full-time and is eligible for benefits. Candidates should reside in or around Boston, Mass, and have at a minimum a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management.Core Job Responsibilities:Opening the office and maintaining a professional, neat and presentable environmentManaging and answering our phone and voice mail systemParticipating in Operations and HR tasks as assigned by Operations and HR departmentSupport invoicing and accounts receivable operationsTravel and lodging arrangements while managing to keep our cost lowSending and sorting mail, Fedex and UPSManaging office supplies and ordering supplies while getting competitive pricing to keep our costs downSupply vendor relationships maintenance and pricing negotiationsRunning ads, setting up Meet & Greet and follow-up interviewsNew employee greeting, orientation and trainingFiling and OrganizingMarketing and Sales SupportCreating office presentations and spreadsheetsPlan/organize team building events/company eventsRequirements/Qualifications:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience dealing with confidential informationExcellent organizational skillsAbility to multi-taskProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, Adobe Illustrator, proficiency using Internet and phone systemsMinimum of a Bachelor's Degree requiredHealth and Dental InsuranceHSA/FSA Accounts15 Days PTO401k + 4% company matchInsperity Marketplace AccessEducation Reimbursement Name * E-Mail * Phone * City * State * Are you authorized to work in the US without any sponsorship? * Are you comfortable commuting to this job's location 5 days a week? * Files must be less than 2 MB.If you want to know about the requirements for this role, read on for all the relevant information.Allowed file types: pdf doc docx.
