Guide and mentor Client Managers to ensure the achievement of greater results.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Understand and actively work toward agency goals and strategies.Understand and actively round out accounts by offering additional agency services.Oversee and manage client renewals to include marketing, proposal, presentation, open enrollment, build, update and test online software, carrier communication, benefit guides, marketing wrap up, client folders, EPIC updates and any/all activities associated with client renewals.Assist Producer with marketing new business.Keep Producer informed of client activities.Manage and oversee claims utilization of clients on a consistent, monthly basis.Provide ongoing customer service to assigned clients.Maintain knowledge and relationship with Carrier Representatives, Carrier websites and Carrier Product Offerings.Maintain knowledge of State and Federal compliance.Provide other support whether apparent, required or needed.Complete additional projects as developed and assigned by your supervisor or management.Required Committee Participation:Regularly attend and participate in client specific industry associations and programs to network and identify areas of industry opportunities.Regularly attend department meetings, State of Agency meetings and others as assigned/invited.Core Competencies:Leadership: Lead by example.Communication: Communicate clearly and dynamically.Interpersonal: Treat people with respect.Work: Deliver the highest levels of excellence.#J-18808-Ljbffr
