This role requires a creative professional with a deep understanding of social media trends and strategies. The Social Media Director will be responsible for developing content, managing campaigns, and analyzing performance data across all social media channels. At Rankings.io, we are committed to providing end-to-end SEM services, including content creation, technical optimization, and keyword strategy for law firms looking for aggressive growth across multiple digital platforms. ResponsibilitiesPlan, design, implement and monitor both organic and paid social media marketing campaigns.Create, curate and manage social media content, including text, audio, visual, and multimedia formats.Oversee video and photography production for clientsCreate and manage campaigns to grow brand awareness and increase engageDevelop and manage content calendars for each platformCoordinate with other departments to create and organize contentEngage users with prompt responses, organize campaigns, ask questions, and cultivate relationships.Analyze performance data and adjust strategies as neededKeep up-to-date on the latest social media trendsMonitor competitors' social media activitiesEngaging with customers on different channelsAnalyzing running campaignsWorking with clients on company updates andPerform quality assurance auditsProvide clients and partners with key messages, visual guidelines, and frame for their social media contentRequirementsBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field5+ years of experience in social media managementStrong visual eye and copy skillsDetail-oriented, with excellent writing and communication skillsProven track record of creating successful campaignsMust be able to adapt to changing priorities, possess outstanding organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlinesSolutions first mindset with willingness to explore and roll-up sleeves to ensure team successStrong presentation, communication, writing, and collaboration skillsTeam-driven attitude and passion for learningStrategic thinker with excellent time and project management skillsProficient in Design tools (Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, etc)Experience in professional service industriesBenefitsStarting from $80,000; pay commensurate with experienceWork remotely from home12 days PTO within 1st year3% Match SIMPLE IRA100% Health Insurance (including fully employer-funded coverage)#J-18808-Ljbffr
