We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Total Reward Business Partner (TRBP) to join our global Yum! Total Rewards team supporting Taco Bell and Habit Burger Grill. As the TRBP, you will serve as the reward liaison and global quarterback for both brands. While reporting directly to Yum!, the role will be highly integrated into the Brand HR teams. This role requires a strong performer with a passion for consulting, know-how building, and driving global processes & key initiatives for the Brand. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.Responsibilities:Reward Liaison & Global Reward Project Quarterback: Act as the primary point of contact for Total Rewards at Taco Bell & Habit, and act as the global quarterback for Total Reward projects. Role will keep a high-level pulse on the talent & TR landscape within the brands and business units. Position would partner closely with cross-functional brand teams and other TR COE pillars (Executive Compensation, Design, & Delivery).Key Global TR Process Owner: Owner of key reward processes & alignment for their Brands (such as global year-end performance & reward process). Oversight of process execution through TR Analyst in the US.Consulting: Integration into Brand & US-based talent teams, providing Reward consulting and know-how building on Yum! Rewards strategies, programs, processes, and systems. Consulting will be primarily compensation focused and U.S. centered, but will have some non-U.S. opportunities.Leveling & Offers: Global comp recommendations for Directors & above, partnering with Executive Compensation. Oversight of all US leveling & offers through TR Analyst.Program Input & Rollout Support: Provides input into new US and global Reward programs, processes, toolkits, frameworks, and systems. Support in leading reward rollouts.Training & Communication: Adapt and deliver TR training, education, and communication, primarily within the US but some global delivery to Non-US HR partners.Leadership of TR Analyst: Provide leadership and guidance to the TR Analyst, who is primarily responsible for compensation delivery excellence in the US.Experience:Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Compensation/Total Rewards, with a proven track record in a similar role.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong ability to collaborate with various departments, including HR, Design, and Local HR.Project Management: Experience leading large-scale and/or global projects and managing complex initiatives.Proactive Leadership: Must be proactive, have high accountability, and a strong sense of urgency.Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt and deliver TR training and education. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, align, and influence internal partners and leadership (includes working across countries & cultures).Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and intellectual curiosity, with the ability to provide sound insights and recommendations based on data.Systems & Tools: Experience with MarketPay, eIPE and Oracle is a plus.Join us and be a part of a team that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence in Total Rewards.
