This role will support a few members of our Executive staff and you will enable seamless operations and serve as a critical communication link across offices as we continue to expand. You'll anticipate the needs of the Executive, leadership, and broader team members, helping the organization stay focused on resolving issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest Envoy news, activities, and customer needs. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the impeccable business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions. You get excited about being a strategic partner and serving as a "go to" for all areas of responsibility. You will have tons of growth opportunities and visibility across the company. This role will require you to be onsite at our San Francisco office most of the week.This is a position that requires 5 days a week (Monday - Friday) in our San Francisco HQ office.You willManage calendars for Executives, proactively scheduling and removing any conflictsManage business travel by booking flights and accommodations and filing expense reportsAssist with the planning and execution of team events, meetings, and offsitesSend Envoy invites and welcome executive's visitors when they arrive in the officeAssist with special projects as neededYou haveAn experienced Executive Assistant and have worked in a administrative roles for 3-5 years, ideally in a high growth companySkilled in Google Apps, with a tendency to seek out technologies that optimize workflowsAdaptable to the changing needs of a fast-growing startupA problem solver, able to anticipate problems before they arise and craft creative solutions on the flyHyper-organized, able to prioritize and balance proactive and reactive workA strong written and verbal communicatorAn independent team player, you how to take direction and run with it and when to leverage your team for additional supportAble to work flexible hours and be responsive outside of normal business hoursCompensation descriptionEnvoy's compensation package includes market competitive salary, equity for all full-time roles, and great benefits.
