This dynamic role focuses on enhancing the prospective student experience across digital and print platforms and guiding them through a seamless admissions journey.In this position, you will lead the implementation of innovative marketing campaigns, develop email content, and create engaging landing pages that drive student recruitment efforts. You'll also manage print materials, ensuring optimal distribution to recruitment teams, and use CRM data to create targeted outreach that captures prospective students' attention.Essential Responsibilities:Email Campaigns: Launch targeted email communications, leveraging best practices in segmentation and personalization to engage prospective students.Collaboration & CX: Collaborate with partners across campus to craft a seamless and personalized student journey across all digital and print touchpoints.Landing Page Development: Create and refine high-conversion landing pages for events, campaigns, and recruitment initiatives, ensuring an exceptional user experience.Print Material Management: Oversee print collateral's schedule and timely distribution to support admissions and recruitment efforts.CRM & Data Segmentation: Run advanced queries and segment lists within Slate to ensure precise targeting for campaigns, events, and communications.Support for Admissions Counselors: Act as a resource for admissions counselors, providing strategic support for communications throughout the admissions cycle.Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with departments across campus to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of materials to prospective and admitted students.Performance Monitoring: Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and landing pages, using insights to optimize engagement and conversion rates continuously.Web Presence Management: Collaborate with the communications team to ensure the admissions web presence remains current.Industry Trends: Stay informed on the latest trends in marketing technology and higher education admissions to enhance processes and the customer experience continuously.Confidentiality & Integrity: Maintain high integrity in handling confidential information.Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned to support the admissions team's success.Other Information:This is a full-time, 12-month, benefits-eligible position. This position description is not all-inclusive as other tasks or responsibilities may be assigned. Work hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. during the academic year, with a possible shortened workweek during the scheduled summer hours' time period.
