This is a virtual, customer-facing role, where you will be using our state-of-the-art video communications software to interact with customers.Candidates should take the time to read all the elements of this job advert carefully Please make your application promptly.Key ResponsibilitiesHelp TurboTax Business customers with tax advice, full-service business return preparation and signature, product/software inquiries, tax calculations, and filing tax extensions.Create high-quality customer interactions and experiences that instill confidence using deep customer empathy and extensive knowledge and expertise in the field of business tax preparation.Document customer interactions and work towards meeting company key performance metrics and Big Bet Goals.RequirementsStrong business tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.Minimum of 2 seasons of personal tax preparation experience, with a minimum of 30 tax returns per tax year in a tax practice or retail setting.Commit to a minimum schedule of at least 20 hours/week throughout the tax season.Must possess or be able to obtain any related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.What We OfferWe offer a competitive hourly rate of $34.40 per hour in New York.
