Ensures that all administrative aspects are accurately prepared and constantly in compliance with Company, contractual, local and federal laws. Provides support to the HR Department's Manager and performance objectives.ResponsibilitiesRecruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positionsProcess employees' queries and respond in a timely mannerAdministers various human resource plans and procedures for all organization personnelImplements and conduct new hire orientation and employee recognition programs and events.Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programsHandles administrative work for the HR departmentParticipates in developing department goals, objectives and systems.Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employeesQualificationsA minimum of 1 year in a admin roleMust be able to work in an independent roleMust be flexible as we are looking for a new office space in and around the NY areaMust be willing to travel to offices in NJ, CT, NYMust have the desire to be or become an HR professionalExcellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Well developed listening skills.Excellent organizational skills required with the ability to shift priorities as business needs require.Outstanding problem-solving skills and resourceful thinking.Ability to meet established deadlines and demonstrate excellent time management and efficiency.Salary: $60,000 a yearBenefits:Sick & vacation timeOpportunities for growthQuarterly bonusesMedical & dental insuranceCompany outings#J-18808-Ljbffr
