This Team Member performs a variety of recruiting services to help Radiant achieve hiring objectives including placing job postings, candidate screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting Radiant's internship programs.The Recruiter's role is to work closely with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for every role, and to meet hiring goals and expectations. They manage the full recruiting lifecycle. Partnering with the HR team, they design, refine, and implement innovative recruitment strategies to find, hire and retain quality candidates"”?communicating respectfully with people from a broad range of cultural backgrounds. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE AS FOLLOWS: In this position, the Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for:Providing guidance and support to Hiring Managers through the recruiting, hiring, and onboarding process.Perform a variety of recruiting services to help Radiant achieve hiring objectives to include placing job postings, candidate screenings, coordinating interviews, and recruiting at career fairs. Network and build relationships with key partners in the community to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for Radiant for the futureDevelop relationships with hiring managers to build awareness of their offices, hiring needs, and job specifications.Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms, especially career pages and social media.Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to find quality candidates.Screen resumes and applications, manage candidates throughout hiring process, from initial phone screening and interviewing to orientation and onboarding.Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.Manage onboarding and new hire orientation process.Order screening checks i.e. background/driving, following through with candidate, screening vendor, etc.Maintain database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired employees, and other designations.Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practice.With guidance and oversight by VP Human Resources and management, support Radiant's internship program.May, on occasion, be assigned by the manager to perform duties other than those specified in this description.Other cross-departmental collaborations as needed.QUALIFICATIONS: KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTSExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong team player: the ability to work closely and collaboratively with the broader team.Strong computer skills - MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities.Strong problem-solving skills.Strong people skills, customer service-oriented approach, responds to requests with a sense of urgency.Willing to "think outside of the box" and identify process improvement opportunities.Ability to research and analyze various types of data.Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment.Ability to maintain confidential information.Education & Experience: 2-year degree preferred or equivalent experience.Minimum of 1 year recruiting or human resources experience.High volume, full cycle recruiting experience a plus.Physical Requirements:Work in an office environment using standard office equipment.Talk, listen, and speak clearly on the telephone.Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.Walk short distances.Reach above and/or below the shoulder.Handle/grasp documents or office equipment.Sit and/or stand for short or extended periods of time.Lift/carry/move objects, files, and documents up to 10 pounds.FEATURED BENEFITSThis role is eligible for various benefits including:Full-time:Full-time:Insurance options for Employees (and their families) include Medical, Dental, Vision, STD & LTD insurance.Health Savings Account with company contributions.Flexible Spending Account.Paid basic life insurance for employees.Employees can enroll in a 401(k)-retirement savings plan with an employer match of 3.5%.Sick Pay: 80 hours front-loaded per Calendar Year.Vacation Pay: 80 hours per year and increases based on tenure with the Company.Paid Holidays: 7 per year.Employee Assistance Program.Salary Range: $21- $28 Hourly rangeSalary Range: $21- $28 Hourly range*** Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to an individual's education, work experience, skills, and job-related knowledge.
