The Tier 3 engineer is capable of troubleshooting and resolving the most complicated issues and working closely with end customers, QA, R&D, and Product Management. Requiring a high level of technical expertise, the Tier 3 engineer is responsible for the following:Provide expert tips, advice, and solutionsTroubleshoot technically complex issuesRepresent Cellebrite Support on digital forensic forumsContinually push for product improvementsProvide technical expertise to group membersTroubleshoot, investigate, reproduce issuesManage bugs with R&D to ensure timely fixes in minor/major releasesEstablish and maintain processes, procedures, documentationOffice Location: ViennaMus Have's:At least three years in a digital forensics role, but not an expert in extractionStrong background in cloud infrastructure, especially in AWSBackground in decoding and analytics softwareExperience with Cellebrite Physical Analyzer and Pathfinder productsStrong background in databases and NoSQL databases (MongoDB and/or Elastic Search).Strong background in IT infrastructure (DNS, Active Directory)Strong background in networkingHands-on technical expertise in any of the following areas:Operating systems (Windows/Linux/Android/iOS)Scripting and coding (bash/Python/C#)File and database structuresAnalysis tools (HEX reader, SQL)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written communication and verbal skillsExperience with debugging, troubleshooting, and reproducing issues in labExperience with providing solutions and workarounds.Nice to have's:Methodical, structured, and organizedPatient and eager to help (both internal/external customers)Strong desire to learn and develop personal expertiseStrong desire to help others develop expertiseHighly motivated with a take ownership attitudeThis is a remote position in the East Coast.
