We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Housekeeping Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure our housekeeping operations meet the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.Position SummaryThe Housekeeping Inspector is responsible for working closely with the housekeeping team to execute all housekeeping inspections and operations in the department successfully.Key ResponsibilitiesInspect work to ensure it meets hotel standards and specificationsIdentify areas for improvement and guide room attendantsReport accurate room status to the front officeAssist in training personnel and support various housekeeping dutiesPerform inventory checks and examine room conditionsRespond promptly to guest requests and maintain a positive demeanorFill in for Housekeeping Management when neededQualifications and RequirementsPrevious hotel housekeeping experience preferredStrong service orientation and communication skillsKnowledge of cleaning chemicals and their proper useAbility to work flexible hours with minimum supervisionMaintain a professional appearance and work well under pressureStrong teamwork skills and ability to follow instructionsCommitment to maintaining a safe work environment and complying with company policiesIf you are passionate about maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction, we encourage you to apply for this position.
