The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.Description:Program ManagerWork schedule is currently a hybrid model (3 days in the office and 2 days WFH).Helm is currently interviewing qualified candidates for a Program Manager role within our Client Services division. This position is responsible for executing the account and program requirements as outlined in the statement of work. The Program Manager will work with the internal departments as well as external clients to facilitate the day-to-day operations. Benefits include Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage, 401k with company match, generous PTO, great work life balance, 10 paid holidays and much, much more.A qualified candidate for the Program Manager position will have an immediate impact on the following activities:Program coordination and implementationProgram specific product sourcingProject standardsInventory maintenancePresentationsReport generationCustomer ServiceEssential duties and responsibilities of the Program Manager:Understand the client brandCollaborate with internal departments and external clients to ensure program standards exceed expectations in quality, efficiency, and budgetProvide trends and consultative approachesSupport Account Manager in facilitating accounts receivableManage product presentation(s) and approvalsMeasure program metricsGenerate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reportsFacilitate internal cross-functional action plans and status meetingsSource program specific productsFacilitate purchase orders for spot buysPerform file maintenance and new product adds, including but not limited to copy writing and web image preparationPrepare and facilitate requests for inventory maintenancePrepare and respond to quotes for projects and/or ordersMonitor projects, open orders, and/or customer issue logOccasional travel as required to oversee projectsRequirements:Education/Experience for the Program Manager position:Bachelor's degree in related discipline.
