As a Family Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to families in need, helping them to achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being. You will work closely with community organizations and other stakeholders to identify and address the needs of families, and develop and implement programs and services to meet those needs. Your work will have a direct impact on the lives of families in our community, and you will play a critical role in helping them to achieve their full potential.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field2+ years of experience in family support services or a related fieldStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent organizational and time management skillsPreferred Qualifications:Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related fieldExperience working with diverse populationsExperience developing and implementing programs and servicesBilingual in English and SpanishKnowledge of local community resources and servicesResponsibilities:Develop and implement programs and services to support families in needProvide guidance and support to families to help them achieve their goalsCollaborate with community organizations and other stakeholders to identify and address the needs of familiesMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and program activitiesParticipate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and emerging trends in family support servicesSkills:As a Family Development Coordinator, you will use your strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with families and community stakeholders. You will also use your organizational and time management skills to develop and implement programs and services, and maintain accurate records of all client interactions and program activities. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be critical to your success in this role.
