The description shall not, however, be construed as a complete listing of all miscellaneous, incidental, or similar duties which may be required from the employee on a day-to-day basis. • Daily review and report on missing tickets to management• Review, correct, approve and export documented error tickets within 48 hours• Review, reconcile, and approve invoices as assigned• Previous experience utilizing data entry skills in a fast-paced environment• Responsible for entering and closing out equipment rental invoices• Issuance of Purchase Orders• Ordering of office supplies as needed and stockingPM22 Position Requirements Position Requirements• Successful pre-employment background check for LMC and all military bases is required• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen is required• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite • 10-Year DMV Report required for driving company vehicles Physical Requirements• Work involves sitting for extended periods of • Ability to climb stairs and get into truck and onto trailers with minimal assistance• Must be able to repeatedly lift and/or carry weights of five to fifty pounds• Numerical Aptitude• Requires the ability to utilize mathematical formulas; adding and subtracting totals; multiplying and dividing.
