The Recovery Agent reviews all canceled sales and finds a way to resolve the customer's concerns and reinstate the sale. Our Recovery Agents communicate with customers to hear what their issues might be and uses product knowledge, problem solving and five-star customer service skills to help our customer be able to achieve the home improvement solution they want for their home. The ideal candidate for this opportunity has excellent customer service skills, communication skills and would be a benefit if they have any type of sales background. Maximise your chances of a successful application to this job by ensuring your CV and skills are a good match.We Offer:Earning potential of $70k-$100k+/year (Base + Incentive)Full-Time opportunity with Weekly pay via direct depositEligible for Health Benefits at 30 days of employment (medical, dental, vision, life, critical, accident, short-term & long-term disability)Eligible for 401k w/company match at 90 days of employmentPaid Time Off Hybrid Schedule (2 days from home and 3 in-office)Additional 2 work from home days per quarter and 2 floating work from home days per yearAdvancement opportunitiesReferral bonusesEmployee as well as Friends & Family DiscountsWhat You'll Do:Use problem solving and five-star customer service skills to speak with a customer that is requesting to cancel their contract.Review and recommend revisions to product selections and financing options to ensure the customer is able to achieve a positive resolution to their home improvement needs.Use multi-tasking skills to communicate with customer, update notes in the customer's profile and review potential deals to discuss with customer to save the deal.Connect with customers in a timely manner using provided reporting in order to reach customers rapidly.Develop and maintain good working relationships with all internal customers, including Sales, Service, Operations, General Managers, and other internal partners. What We Need:Minimum of five (5) years of professional work experienceMinimum of three (3) years of prior experience in a call-center role Minimum of two (2) years of prior experience in Sales or Sales leadership role is a plus.Must be well organized and detail oriented.Must have good problem-solving abilities, and be able to make decisions with good judgment that create positive resolutions for both customers and the company.Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
