The agency, through its programs and services, encourages the inclusion of people with disabilities into the mainstream of society, including social, recreational, family and work activities.The Per Diem Trainer will join a team of trainers responsible for teaching a wide range of participants, from all age groups with varying levels of technical abilities and people with disabilities, how to set up and navigate an on-line portal for approving timesheets and a mobile application for timesheet reporting. The training sessions will be in 2-hour increments between the hours of 9am and 8pm, Monday through Friday both, in-person and virtual. The Trainer will be facilitating the trainings in English and Spanish. The Facilitator will be responsible for becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) mobile application and portal. Experience with adult learning theory, technical trainings, and ease with audiences from all age groups"”including elderly and learners with disabilities is a plus. Proficient in implementing effective training programs.
