Job Responsibilities:To be an Acting Coach, demonstrating effective methods for dealing with and treating new sales prospects.To manage and optimize the Sales team for the South-East Asia market.To develop sales plans and KPIs for the team.To ensure the achievement of planned sales rates and time frames.To identify new sales opportunities and enhancements for the Company.To attend and represent the Company at local and national exhibitions and meetings.Requirements:Experience in Head positions for Sales/Key Account teams.Knowledge of payment specifics for PSP and FinTech industry in South-East Asia.Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.Proficiency in office software, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Express.Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Proficiency in English and a local Asian language at an Upper-Intermediate level (an additional foreign language is an advantage).Hybrid work format with a flexible start of the working day from 09:00 to 10:00.Competitive salary (the numbers above represent only the fixed part without monthly and quarterly bonuses).Corporate English, participation in training/conferences, and access to specialized literature.Ability to influence final results and understand the business logic of products, following Agile principles.Participation in bright and non-standard corporate events.#J-18808-Ljbffr
