Additional requirements include strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A positive and helpful attitude while working with the public is essential.This position is responsible for developing, organizing, implementing, and supervising a group of young children and staff during the Brunswick Rec Afterschool program. Ensuring the children's safety while providing a fun experience in an organized and controlled environment will be the priority of this position. This is a part-time role that will require an average of 18-20 hours of work per week from September to June. Must be able to work Monday through Friday from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM during the school year (excluding holidays and school vacations).
