Our massive scale and small team, emphasis on healthy life balance and kindness in all our interactions, and focus on ownership and personal growth make OneSignal a uniquely great place to work.About The Team:We're looking for an experienced Demand Generation marketer to help build our emerging demand gen program, with the goal of driving qualified opportunities for our sales team as well as self-service account sign ups and paid plan purchases. This role will oversee our lead generation strategy, build out our lead nurture program, improve handoff and follow up coordination with the sales development team, and test new channels for demand generation.In a typical month, a Demand Generation Manager at OneSignal might:Help uplevel our inbound and outbound lead generation program, developing strategy and improving our process, while driving the day-to-day execution.Diversify our lead generation channels to drive more leads across our self-serve and direct sales businesses.Help develop a scoring model and technology to identify PQLs and create sequences to help them progress down the conversion funnel.Work closely with our paid media manager and events manager to ensure high-quality leads are being nurtured and converted down funnel.Manage consistent communication between the marketing team, SDRs, and sales leadership to gather and act on input and feedback on our campaigns.Develop and drive reporting, including consistent forecasting and reporting on individual campaign results.Partner with RevOps and Lifecycle Marketing to ensure a smooth lead experience and troubleshoot any technical issues.Build and execute demand generation-focused campaigns in Marketo.Work with ops and the content marketing team to evolve and mature our gated content strategy.Work with BI to identify areas of opportunity to improve data usage in our campaigns.What you'll bring:5+ years working in marketing, with a minimum 3 years in a B2B SaaS demand generation-focused role.A data-driven and revenue-focused mindset and are excited about consistently testing, measuring, and iterating.Excellent communication, attention to detail and ability to work cross-functionally.Comfort owning a number, specifically driving quality MQLs that deliver qualified pipeline.Strong project management skills and the ability to manage end-to-end campaigns.Ability to think creatively, including writing compelling campaign copy.Familiarity with a marketing tech stack is a plus; Marketo experience preferred.Qualities we look for:FriendlinessModestyCollaborationProactivenessSense of UrgencyLove of learningIn keeping with our beliefs and goals, no employee or applicant will face discrimination/harassment based on: race, color, ancestry, national origin, religion, age, gender, marital domestic partner status, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability status, or veteran status.#J-18808-Ljbffr
