Treasury Team is looking for a Treasury Analyst in a hybrid role that has a great attitude, strong attention to detail, and an eagerness to learn and develop new Treasury, Finance, and Corporate Banking skills. This is a great analytical position for applicants with majors in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Math, Business, or related fields. The Treasury Team acts as internal bankers for DaVita through creating and analyzing the daily cash position, ensuring that daily cash requirements are met, investing excess funds, and forecasting future cash positioning.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:The Analyst presents the daily cash position to senior leadership.Initiates wire transfers.Assists in researching and recommending short-term liquidity and investment opportunities and reports on their performance.Evaluates counterparty risk.Analyzes large amounts of data.Acts as a point of contact for all banks and provides communication to open and close bank accounts, add or change services, and review terms.Analyzes and reconciles bank account activity.Reviews acquisition and divesture documents for completeness.Learns a Treasury Management System.Manages a department email inbox.Works with W9s and other related cash management responsibilities.Because DaVita is always growing and innovating, this position also offers a variety of Treasury-related projects.Qualifications:Demonstrated ability to work well with cross-functional groups.Demonstrated interpersonal, collaborative, and relationship/team building skills that foster a positive work environment.Approachable and open, with an analytical mind.Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization with professionalism and integrity.Demonstrative consultative skills when addressing complex inquiries from clients, vendors, and customers.Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures manuals clearly and in a manner end-users find friendly.Demonstrated strengths in attention to detail, follow-through, analysis, reasoning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, adjust and prioritize workloads in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment with shifting time frames.Ability to work with a high degree of initiative, urgency, and follow-through.Demonstrated ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other teammates.At DaVita, we strive to be a community first and a company second.
