You will be responsible for refreshing and maintaining all aspects of the candidate experience, from sourcing to offer, and will drive standardization and adoption of approaches and processes with our hiring managers. You will engage with prospective Retail candidates to better understand their experiences, interests, and motivations - ensuring they align with our values and are committed to our business's growth and success. You will measure the impact of recruiting methods in a data-driven manner to support the continuous evolution of our talent acquisition capabilities as well as our employer brand.This role will collaborate closely with our VP of Retail, Sr. Piercing Educator and each of our Regional Managers to ensure we are hiring great talent in a fair, equitable and consistent manner to help grow and scale our business.Salary Range: $125,000 -
