Do you love building a UX culture and working with enterprise products? Your UX experience will help form our new user experience practice within our Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO). You will join a group central to the success of our portfolio of enterprise projects.Scroll down for a complete overview of what this job will require Are you the right candidate for this opportunityThe Opportunity:As a UX Program Manager, you will be an essential contributor in creating engaging UX/UI solutions and concepts for all platforms. Using a customer-centered approach, you will help design and provide tangible artifacts that make the experience more accessible, efficient and usable. You will communicate the rationale behind your decision to other teams. You will implement UX best practices, trends and digital experiences for new and existing applications and websites. You will help create our next generation of digital products for our clients, prospects and employees and contribute to a growing UX practice model. You will report to the UX Lead who will aid in your training for this role and professional development for future growth opportunities.The Day-to-Day:Gather and evaluate user experience design requirements in collaboration with the broader teamBe the voice of the user and UX for all agile scrum ceremoniesCreate sketches, storyboards, user flows and other tangible outputs to communicate concepts, interactions and design UIsWork with UX leadership to define and implement UX strategiesDesign experiences that improve the product value in an iterative Agile/ Scrum working model while to support engineers delivering implementable featuresPromote design guidelines and best practicesStrengthen the UX culture through promoting UXYour Qualifications:10+ years of relevant UX design experience with a portfolio that shows application project design5+ years leading product design3+ years presenting UX methodologies and selling UX as a valueExperience facilitating and running UX workshopsExperience producing artifacts like wire frames, testing guides, and experience mapsExperience working in an Agile methodologyCompensation:$100,000 - $140,000 base salary per year in the state of WA - New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experienceEligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performanceWhy Fisher Investments:We work for a bigger purpose: bettering the investment universe.
