ApplyPosted Oct 10, 2024BUSINESS LITIGATION ASSOCIATEOur client, a prestigious AmLaw 200 national law firm, is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Associate with at least four years experience to join their national Business Litigation team.Candidate Profile:JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.At least 4 years' business litigation experience, including managing all aspects of case work-up and trial preparation.Expertise in legal research and writing, including drafting briefs, complaints, pretrial motions, memoranda, and discovery requests.Strong problem-solving abilities, along with excellent communication and client interaction skills.Ambitious, driven, and a team-oriented mindset to support and grow our national litigation practice.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of business litigation cases, including case work-up, trial preparation, and courtroom representation.Draft and review critical legal documents, including briefs, complaints, and motions.Provide strategic advice and manage sophisticated business litigation matters.Engage directly with clients and play an active role in developing case strategy.Why Join?Scroll down the page to see all associated job requirements, and any responsibilities successful candidates can expect.This position offers immediate client interaction and the opportunity to work on complex business litigation matters in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
