This position establishes IS policies, standards, practices, and security measures to ensure effective and consistent information processing operations and to safeguard information resources. The Director of Development works with IS Leadership to select and retain qualified staff to effectively carry out department functions and provide for the continuity of managerial and specialized skills.You'll get a chance to:Manage the design, development, improvement, and maintenance of systems, programs, and systems software to meet management's and company's information needs.Establish IS policies, standards, practices, and security measures to ensure effective and consistent information processing operations and to safeguard information resources.Lead the various software development teams, including training, mentoring, and project and task assignments.Work with IS Leadership to select and retain qualified staff to effectively carry out department functions and provide for the continuity of managerial and specialized skills.
