We received $515m in funding and are executing a multi-$B expansion plan for one of the greenest forms of tech manufacturing: converting greenhouse gas into diamond wafers using zero-emission energy.A high number of candidates may make applications for this position, so make sure to send your CV and application through as soon as possible.We are searching for a skilled AP Staff Accountant to join our team to assist in processing, tracking, and recording bills & payments accurately, efficiently, and timely. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a solid accounting foundation and possess strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and will have a daily, ongoing impact on financial transactions.ResponsibilitiesManage and own accounts payable, & expense reimbursements process, including AP processing, vendor management, and payment reconciliation. Also, support month-end and year-end close processes by performing account reconciliations and journal entries.Monitor cash balances and initiate intercompany cash transfers. Perform bank reconciliation for multiple entities and record automated ACH debits. Assist outside tax accountants with tax filings.Participate and assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by supervisors or management.Ensure the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.Assist in external audits by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts and providing information for auditors.RequirementsA Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance plus 2 to 4 years of experience in accounting is required.Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Having prior experience in accounts payable or accounts receivable will be considered a plus.Experience in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications. Preferably experience with accounting software and online platforms.Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work. Strong oral and written communication skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities as well as the ability to work independently as part of a team.Diamond Foundry believes in supporting our employees from the workplace to their personal and home life.
