Collaborate with the design team to create visual content.â— Manage and monitor the company's social media accounts. Create and schedule posts, respond to comments and messages, and analyze performance metrics.â— Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape. Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing strategies.â— Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics, and CRM software. Prepare reports to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI.â— Assist in planning and organizing company events, webinars, and trade shows. Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and follow-up activities.â— Help design and distribute email marketing campaigns. Manage email lists, create compelling email content, and analyze campaign results.â— Ensure consistency in the company's brand messaging across all marketing channels. Help maintain brand guidelines and standards in all marketing materials.â— Work closely with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with company goals.â— Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing marketing assets, and handling correspondence.Requirements:â— Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.â— 1-2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related role.â— Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, socialmedia management tools) is a plus.â— Strong written and verbal communication skills.â— Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.â— Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity withdesign tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.â— Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.#J-18808-Ljbffr
