The ideal candidate will be a CPA possessing an advanced degree within a tax discipline (MST or LLM) and at least 5 years of progressive experience in tax preparation, review, research and consulting, especially as it relates to closely held corporations, not-for-profits, pass-through entities and their owners.Solid communication and presentation skills, a confident demeanor and the ability to work well independently and as a team player are vital.#J-18808-Ljbffr
