This position will lead the development and implementation of strategic talent acquisition tactics that utilize both traditional and modern sources and lead the evaluation of the entire recruiting function, strategies, and procedures in order to fill open positions.Job Status: Full TimeDuties and Responsibilities:Overall responsible for the recruitment initiative/programming within the agencyDevelop and manage our partnerships with external recruitment related vendorsStrategize recruitment for varying departments/sectors within the agencyDevelop networking relationships with the community stakeholders, colleges, and universitiesManage Virtual and onsite job/career fairs - agency wideProvide turnover reports agency-wide and programmingDevelop reports in managing and reducing turnoverMeet with the AVP's and VP's to discuss challenges and barriers to recruitmentWork with students on internships advertisementImplement online and offline employer branding activities promoting CFS awarenessEvaluate the agency's recruitment methods for sustainability and effectivenessEvaluate spendingIdentify and manage placement contractsRequirements and Education:Bachelor's degree in related area of study; commensurate experience in relevant field may be acceptable in lieu of degree.3-5 years of related experiencePHR or SHRM certification in related field preferredThe suitable candidate must demonstrate vast knowledge of recruiting database systems as well as knowledge of rewards programs inclusive of offer generation.They should have the desire to be a process-driver and the ability to leverage efficiencies in the use of technologies, workflows, and processes.They will have the ability to convey information and instructions clearly and concisely.The candidate must have excellent problem-solving skills, work comfortably in a cross-functional setting, have a strong executive presence, work comfortably with senior business leadership and the Senior Executive Team, and demonstrate composure under stress and in times of ambiguity.Current driver's license with a good driving record of at least three yearsVehicle with current insurance and registrationBenefits:Excellent paid time off (PTO) program, including vacation, sick, personal, and holiday401k PlanMedical insurance plan optionsPrescription InsuranceLife InsuranceFlexible Spending AccountsHealth & Wellness ActivitiesOngoing Training & Professional Development OpportunitiesOpportunity for advancementAbout Employment at Center For Family Services: Apply and get hired at Center For Family Services, a leader in the non-profit sector and named as a top workplace in the region since 2010.
