Headquartered in San Diego, California, with additional offices in the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific, the company employs over 8,000 people worldwide.Meet The TeamThis position is responsible for supporting Dexcom's global downstream marketing around commercial partnerships (insulin delivery, digital health, health solutions). Additionally, this position is responsible for close collaboration with all product marketing leads to ensure optimal development, execution, and analyzing of marketing activities supporting partnerships.Where You Come InYou will drive and coordinate commercial, marketing and sales tactics for Dexcom's connected ecosystem.You will build and maintain strong relationships within the organization and with external leads for partners.You will develop and maintain deep, intimate knowledge about Dexcom customers (Patients, Caregivers, Clinicians, Payers), partners, competitors and value drivers for Dexcom.You will work in cross-functional teams across multiple departments to develop new ideas and execute GTM strategies.You will manage development of claims, marketing materials and campaigns, tradeshow support and processes.You are responsible for contract management and budget alignment.You will develop and maintain strong relationships with employees, vendors, and customers.You understand data and scenarios from multiple angles to support best in class marketing initiatives.What Makes You SuccessfulYou have 5+ years of marketing experience.You have experience in diabetes, health care, medical marketing and/or medical sales is highly preferred.You have experience working in cross-functional environments, including legal, medical, and regulatory teams.You have an understanding of paid marketing tactics is a plus.You are a strong communicator, high energy; collaborative.What You'll GetA front row seat to life changing CGM technology.
