This role bridges marketing and IT teams, focusing on leveraging AI and automation capabilities to enhance data-driven strategies and marketing operations to maximize investment.Responsibilities:The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of marketing technology, AI, and automation. They should demonstrate the ability to blend business acumen, technological expertise, and creativity. Experience leading and inspiring teams while driving transformative initiatives in a matrixed organization is essential, as is proficiency in data analysis and interpretation for strategic decision-making. Excellent stakeholdering, communication and collaboration skills are crucial for success in this role.Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, computer science, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., project management, marketing technology) are a plus.15+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology implementation, or digital transformation initiatives.Proven experience in deploying Marketing Technology programs that radically transform the way marketing executes and measures end-to-end campaigns.Strong understanding of marketing technologies, platforms, and data management practices, including marketing automation, CRM, CDP, analytics, and related tools.Project management skills and experience in executing cross-functional technology initiatives.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to influence and align diverse groups across the organization.Preferred Qualifications:Technical proficiency: experience working with Adobe, content management systems (CMS), digital asset management (DAM) platforms, and other marketing technology.#J-18808-Ljbffr
