Our services include comprehensive AV staging and presentation solutions for corporate, social, live entertainment, convention, and show management. We are looking for an HR Manager to handle various personnel-related administrative duties. You are the liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolutions. You will also support our daily HR activities and coordinate HR policies, processes, and relevant documentation.DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCERequirements: An ideal candidate for the human resources assistant position holds an academic HR background. Familiarity with our industry is also an advantage.Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our HR department is organized and operates to attract, hire, and maintain our employees. An outgoing personality, industry knowledge, and strong consultative skills are preferred.CORE RESPONSIBILITIESAssist with day-to-day operationsReview resumesScreen candidatesRecruit/HeadhuntCompile and update employee recordsDeal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.)Process employee leaves of absence by policyConduct initial orientation to newly hired employeesMaintain personnel records in accordance with current laws and regulationsCoordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviewsPerform background and reference checksProperly handle complaints and grievance proceduresAssist in the investigation of employee complaintsMaintain employee confidentialityPartake and process paperwork in employee terminationsCommunicate with public services when necessaryEnsure Company standards, policies, and procedures are maintainedDESIRED CHARACTERISTICSSelf-starter that can thrive in both a corporate and start-up type environmentStrong attention to detail and ability to work independentlyProfessional maturity, integrity, discipline, and a positive attitudeExceptional communication skills (both verbal and written)Presentation skillsBASIC QUALIFICATIONSStrong experience with MS Office SuiteBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (3-5 years)A comprehensive compensation package will be offered including salary, company retirement plan contribution, medical and dental insurance, vacation, and holidays.COMPANY DESCRIPTIONSound Investment has become one of the fastest-growing event solutions companies in the country.
