We are currently looking for a Billing Coordinator to join our team and rise to the challenge of empowering service.Position Highlights:This position is responsible for responding to correspondence regarding billing and submitting adjustments. Assist Department Manager in the coordination of billing projects. This position assists in the testing for accuracy of the dues billing process and the billing of charter fees and dues for new clubs, membership accounting adjustments and miscellaneous subscription changes to the LION magazine. Manage the monthly mailing of club account statements.What You'll Do:Coordinates billing processes (i.e.: daily adjustments on accounts, requests for dues billing statements, addresses questions regarding monthly club statement billing).Handles the research of detailed billing problems and responds and recommends appropriate course of action.Directs work and coordinates the distribution of daily correspondence.Responds to member inquiries on all aspects of billing and account details. Provides resources or information to Lions members in the field.Provides significant input to the department manager with regard to scheduling of work.Processes all purchase requisitions for envelopes, monthly statement mailing and invoices.Processes orders through the Purchasing department and works closely with Ricoh Managed Services to expedite the monthly mailing of billing statements.Serves as initial contact for the billing section of the department calls, correspondence and routes information accordingly.Coordinates efforts with the Mail/Shipping Department (Ricoh) and Purchasing Departments on cross-functional projects.Provides input to department manager and assists in implementing department plans and goals.Organizes and maintains records and documents; may include confidential information.Assist in the coordination of collection projects and respond to collection inquiries.Performs other responsibilities as assigned.We're Looking for Someone With:Associate's degree and minimum of 3 - 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.Leadership experience or experience in progressively more responsible related positions.Why You'll Love Working Here:Lions Clubs International has excellent benefits for you and your family.
