That might sound a little dramatic, but we take our work seriously (we just think it doesn't have to always feel so serious).Job DescriptionWe're on the hunt for a dynamic Senior Relationship Manager who thrives on building and nurturing relationships. If you've got the background, creativity, and enthusiasm to help our clients maximize their travel budgets while minimizing the time and resources they spend managing it, you might be the perfect fit.As a Senior Relationship Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for 50+ accounts, each with an approximately annual travel spend starting at $1.5 million. Your main goal will be to address all client inquiries, from initial discovery through to resolution. Beyond this, you'll proactively seek out opportunities to grow these accounts, collaborating with our Sales team to turn those opportunities into wins. Your success will be measured by account retention and the incremental business you generate.You'll be responsible for regular communication and overall support for your accounts, monitoring key metrics to provide consultative advice aimed at continuously improving each client's travel program. You'll also manage new client implementations from start to finish, maintaining relationships for the lifetime of the account.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively monitor key metrics to provide consultative support and guidance with the customer-facing goal of constantly improving the client's travel program.Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts and work to retain and grow the client base. Develop and present proposals for additional services or new business opportunities.Help with implementing new clients over $1.5 million in annual travel spend from start to finish and managing the relationship for the lifetime of the account.Conduct training sessions on our booking platform A2B.Conduct annual in-person and frequent non-in-person client-facing meetings, which may include vendor negotiations on behalf of the client along with QBRs.Understand and educate accounts about their growth opportunities and AmTrav's service and product updates.Conduct ongoing communication with the people responsible for travel at each account to ensure a high level of customer service and issue resolution.Analyze large volumes of information to identify trends, opportunities, and risks for each account.Excel at working cross-functionally, specifically with the Sales and Traveler Services teams at AmTrav.Will report to Greg Ross, VP of Relationship Management.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent experience).5+ years in a professional client relationship role within a corporate travel environment.Strong understanding of corporate travel, including booking processes, vendor relationships, and travel policies.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client service.Willingness to travel up to 50%, including conferences, training, and out-of-town client meetings.Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all organizational levels.Ability to interpret management reports and identify potential savings based on travel data and trends.Outstanding interpersonal and client service skills, with a client-first mentality.General knowledge of Sabre (or any GDS) is a plus but not required.Benefits:We respect work-life balance and offer flexible schedules, alongside competitive salaries.
