DescriptionScroll down to find the complete details of the job offer, including experience required and associated duties and tasks.Facilitate relationships with public agency representatives with the responsibility of managing roadway assets.Educate public works, engineering departments, management, and elected officials on solutions for pavement management.Understand project needs and estimating costs for creating proposals followed by effectively proposing those recommendations to customers.Be or become an active and influential member of industry organizations.Communicate value and justify a long-term return on investment in competitive and education based sales engagements.Present to groups of 5 to 20 decision makers.Develop strong relationships of trust.Close business for asphalt preservation projects that are in the best interest for both the customer and the company.RequirementsMust be self-motivated and driven for success. (If you operate best in a heavily structured environment, this is not the right position for you.)Our entrepreneurial work environment is collaborative with mentoring to support the candidate's success.A grasp of technology is required.Ability to quickly and effectively utilize technology solutions such as a CRM, email marketing tools, in-house project management software, etc., are examples of technologies that are utilized in this position.The right candidate will have experience in one or more of the following areas: working in sales, public works, or civil engineering.
