In this pivotal role, you will be at the helm of our creative pitch team, steering the conceptualization, development, and execution of groundbreaking campaigns that align with our client's objectives, elevate their brands, and resonate with audiences worldwide.Responsibilities:Ideate and develop national broadcast and omnichannel campaign creative conceptsLead creative teams in pitch presentations for new clients and/or campaigns.Transform client partner objectives into creative executions that deliver measurable resultsIntegrate AI technologies into creative development and executionLead creative teams from brief through concept, presentation, and refinementCollaborate with subject matter experts and multi-disciplinary teamsConsult with agency teams to estimate budgets and determine scopes of workJob Requirements:10+ years of experience in creative direction within advertising or branding agenciesBachelor's degree in Communications Design or related fieldExceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and present ideas persuasively to clients and stakeholders.A strong portfolio showcasing a breadth of work across various mediums and platforms, with a focus on creative concept development and campaign execution.Experience working directly with AI tools and platformsExperience successfully leading creative pitch teamsStrong writing and communication skillsJoin our team at (add)ventures, a dynamic brand culture and communications agency that values creativity, collaboration, and innovation.
