You will be responsible for leading the insurance domain business consulting capabilities and work closely with our teams and clients. You will bring deep domain industry expertise, strategic insights, and a collaborative approach, to help enterprises identify and resolve their most significant challenges to unlock their full business potential. Responsibilities Support the client partners to create tangible and impactful pipeline. Envision, seek support and build insurance solutions. Thought leader who can create impactful and original content for customers and analysts. Vision to articulate and consult the customers with the combination of business and technology. Program Management Experience to estimate, consult and guide delivery teams on domain specific areas. A leader who can guide the domain consultants on their growth path and generate value for consulting and delivery. Build CoEs on certain insurance COTS products. Hands on experience in one of the major COTS product will be an added advantage. Liaison with marketing for GTMs and analyst connects. Create and update market facing collateral. Support the Sales and Presales teams with research and insights. Qualifications Domain Experience of 10+ Years across Group, Life and Annuities. A graduate or postgraduate with a management consulting background. Leadership qualities, team player and ambassador for "go to market" offerings and solutions. Passion and skills for competency building and creating Center of Excellences. LIMRA or LOMA and/or CPCU certified professional. Hands on any one of the Insurance Core Packages- FinOS or Vitech or Majesco etc. Comfortable working in a hands-on environment and possesses an entrepreneurial spirit. Hands on experience in the industry through the ranks. Industry Accreditations and Certifications a plus. Ability to travel (up to 50%). #J-18808-Ljbffr
