The TAM works closely with the clients Marcom Project Manager and a network of creative talents from various markets. This person needs to engage with other cross-functional teams of producers and project managers to ensure work is delivered on time, on quality and within budget. Constant need to communicate and negotiate priorities and deadlines with internal and external teams to ensure expectations are well managed is required. Primary tasks include organising and coordinating schedules, distributing workload, tracking progress of projects and allocated budget.You will be responsible for project managing localization projects (incl. Transcreation of headlines) ensuring good communication with all stakeholders.You will focus on building strong relationship with the Client Talent Network and briefing new projects accurately. Strong organization and time management skills when managing Clients, with focus on quality.Key Responsibilities:Validator Network ManagementEnsure a thorough understanding of the contractual obligations, commercial arrangements, SOW and SLAs of the accounts and ensure specific details are understood by the wider team where relevantManage a network of creative people and ensure they are motivated to performCoordinate weekly status meetings/monthly review sessionsOrganize teamwork, create a balanced work schedule and ensure work is of high standards and delivered on timeFlag any potential team issues to the line manager and be actively involved in finding a solutionReview talent performance and drive constant performance improvement by working closely with talent manager and providing regular feedback on all talentHighlight and resolve quality control issues with the networkProject & Account ManagementCoordinate and ensure all parties follow the agreed workflows and manage them through the processWork alongside and support client's Traffic Manager when briefing and tracking projects through to completionEnsure that there is clear division and allocation of workload among team membersEnsure that trackers are updated at all timesMonitor timelines and manage client expectationsMonitor budget utilization and flag potential issuesMonitor internal workflows and identify areas for improvementAdvise line manager on resource gaps and flag potential issuesPlan resources for large overseas projects and inform talent manager and line manager of new recruitment needsWork closely with talent manager in delivering recruitment briefs on timeEnsure account delivers consistently against all contractual obligations including SLAs and KPIsIdentify bottle necks/pain points for the validation network, suggest resolution and adviseIdentify training requirements for team members to ensure their adherence to processes and workflowPlan, prepare and implement the induction of new startersLead overseas projects for up to 3 weeks (2 - 3 times per year)Finance ManagementQuarterly planningRegular budget spend reports - monitor and analyse progression of spendsFlag important budget fluctuations, peaks to the Client and line manager and track spend progressMonthly financial reconciliationEnsure full compliance with all financial procedures and policiesClient ManagementCo-ordinate between all relevant parties: Hogarth team, Client traffic and cross-functional teams and Validation networkSet and manage client expectations for deliverables and timeframesUnderstand and work under the confidentiality policyBuild strong, trusting relationships with all key client stakeholdersRequirements:A minimum of 2 years Project Management/Traffic background in an ad agency or in-house creative departmentExperience managing multi-market projectsExperience working on global brands, ideally across all media, including print, interactive and filmDemonstrable experience managing total creative workflow, i.e, internal briefing, briefing to vendors/studios, managing key milestones/deadlines, presentations/internal approvals, executions, deliveryProven project management skillsSelf-driven, organized and have an eye for detailProficient with technology and toolsAbility to work effectively and collaboratively in high-pressure situations and tight time framesA hands-on, can do approach to solving problemsFluent written and spoken English and TurkishMust be able to travel as required, sometimes several weeks at a timeDiversity & InclusionHogarth is an equal-opportunity employer.
