Wogan Group is looking for an experienced HUD Regional Manager to join our corporate team!You can get further details about the nature of this opening, and what is expected from applicants, by reading the below.Responsibilities include:- Pricing Review and Updates- Market Survey Review- Month End Review- Weekly Manager Calls- Monthly Owner Calls- Capital Improvement Oversight and Management- Budget Preparation- Site Visits- Resident Complaints- Service Contract Management- Perform Employee Evaluations on a quarterly and annual basis- Lender Communications, including Escrow ManagementQualifications- BS Degree in Business Administration preferred- Required 10 years of Community Manager experience- Knowledge of and experience with affordable Section 8 housing; HUD processes including REAC, MOR, COS, EIV, and Tracs- Must be able to work as a team and independently without direct supervision- Excellent customer service and professionalism is a must- Experience with Fortress is a plus- Strong leadership skills requiredTravel- Must be willing to travel up to 50%- Must be willing to drive up to 4 hours one-way#J-18808-Ljbffr
