TALENT ACQUISITION CONSULTANT, BILINGUAL-SPANISHBaltimore, MDSINAI CORPORATEHUMAN RESOURCES-LBHFull-time - Day shift - 8:00am-4:30pmProfessional84349Posted: YesterdaySummaryCheck out the role overview below If you are confident you have got the right skills and experience, apply today.POSITION SUMMARY: Bilingual (Spanish) Talent Acquisition Consultant to partner with leadership from vendor partner to identify short and long-term staffing needs and execute appropriate recruitment strategies to fill open roles. Sources and management of the full cycle recruitment process. Responsible for full life cycle recruitment and onboarding of new hires under the vendor contracted areas.Essential Functions:Recruitment: Manages the recruitment life cycle process for open positions. Effectively communicates status of vacant open positions, updating the hiring manager at agreed upon frequencies, and determining action plans for open/aged roles Consults with hiring manager with selection of candidate selection/identification supporting issue resolution Meets service level agreement metrics as identified. Follows all standard operating recruitment procedures for all open positions to include effective intake sessions, phone screening of applicants, and offer/onboarding coordination efforts.Analysis: Analyze recruitment trends, metrics and applicable data to support open position management and effective sourcing strategies. Tracks and evaluates open positions by running and analyzing position manager reports and utilization of recruitment dashboard. Prepares monthly recruitment reports for customers utilizing applicant tracking system, recruitment dashboard and GHR. Tracking of relevant statistics such as number of hires/declines, referrals, bonus incentives, and agency utilization.Sourcing: Ability to have robust candidate pipelines, and proactive approach to identify talent for LBH Tasks: Utilization of external sourcing tools such as Linked In, Indeed, cold-calling, internet searches and silvermedalist pipelines to target needs for open roles. Stays abreast of current recruitment trends and best practices amongst health care providers to ensure LBH has a competitive edge and implements into recruitment process. Attends recruitment events, job fairs and local schools to market and identify talent for LifeBridge Health and reviews ongoing ROI of target sources.Onboarding: Responsible for onboarding new hires into the organization, including but not limited to, completing virtual onboarding appointment and necessary onsite clearance appointment (Occupational Health, HR visit), monitoring background check and other pre-hire processes required for clearance.QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:Bilingual; MUST be fluent in SpanishBasic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field1-3 years of experience#J-18808-Ljbffr
