Acme concepts and team members have won numerous awards and accolades from local, regional and national sources.Position Summary:This position is an integral member of the People and Culture team reporting to the People and Culture Director. The Senior Generalist provides outstanding customer service to employees, vendors and applicants. They ensure legal and policy compliance as well as supporting recruiting, onboarding, safety and management of the HRIS (Paylocity).Responsibilities:Employee and Manager Support:Provide process and policy education and guidance to all employees.Partner with vendors to educate employees and managers on benefits, worker's compensation and leave of absence requirements and process.Partner with managers to ensure compliance and consistent execution with all Company policies and procedures and Federal, State and Local laws and regulations which pertain to Human Resources.Lead the company wide safety committee to ensure that all employees have a safe work environmentAssist with the roll out, ongoing buy-in and training of company initiatives, such as HR policies and procedures, communications processes, etc. keeping Acme Culture and Values always top of mind.Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, career development planning and accountabilityHRIS and ReportingOversee function of the HRIS (Paylocity) to include, but not limited to, entry of team member data, recording employment transitions (i.e. hire, separation, leaves of absence, etc.) and generating reports.Build People Health KPI and partner with Director on analysis and action planningEnsures all data is accurate, including but not limited to review of information, data entry and verification, data audits.Act as the subject matter expert in utilizing the HRIS for employees and managers.Respond to ad-hoc requests and inquiries from business leaders.Track and ensure compliance with all federal and state reporting.RequirementsQualifications:Minimum 3 years human resources experience (hospitality preferred)Detail orientedSelf StarterSuccess at multi-tasking and prioritizationExperience working with an HRIS and ATS system preferred (ideally Paylocity)Bachelor's degree preferredBi-lingual (Spanish) a plusSome travel will be requiredKey Competencies:CommunicationOrganizationTechnicalDetail OrientationDealing with Ambiguity#J-18808-Ljbffr
