Content and Social Writer

Xometry, a fast-growing technology company reshaping manufacturing in America, is looking for a content writer to join our team. We're looking for a candidate who creates great email, case study, blog, case study, and other content for Xometry to grow our awareness and engagement among key target audiences as we continue our growth.To be considered for an interview, please make sure your application is full in line with the job specs as found below.The ideal candidate would be located in the Washington, D.C. area, but we are open to remote candidates.What will you be doing day to day:Draft weekly external marketing communications aimed at informing and engaging customers including emails, case studies, blog posts, video scripts, infographic copy, quizzes, direct mail, and more.Provide editorial and design direction for content projects, including project managing and collaborating with designers, video producers, engineers, product managers, and contracted writersQA all marketing content from internal and external content stakeholders including case studies, website copy, internal blogs, etc. for plain language principles and style guide adherenceCommunicate marketing projects and strategy to rest of company, including marketing strategies via internal company blog (BlogIn, Asana)Assist with graphical asset management and sourcing via Adobe Stock, Envato, and in collaboration with Brand Director, Designers, and wider communications teamYou are someone who has:2+ years of experience in writing emails, case studies and or other marketing contentExcellent relationship building skills and an ability to communicate well our marketing team and the Xometry team more broadlyExperience working at or with a high-growth company is preferred, though not requiredHistory of teamwork and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job doneSelf-directed orientation with the ability to take initiativeSuperior project management and organizational skills with high attention to detailStrong verbal and written communication skillsConveys information with clarity and directnessBA/BS Degree or equivalent experience is preferred, though not required#LI-Remote#J-18808-Ljbffr
