Responsibilities: Internal & External Talent Management Capacity Model, Benchmarking, Compensation and Benefits Structure Training & Development Staffing Services Business Metrics and HR / People Analytics Performance & Management Growth Plans Budget Management and Financial Planning/Forecasting (efficient resources allocation, future HR needs, cost optimization) Requirements At least 3 years as a director and over 5 years as a manager. Proven experience in building OKRs, market research, benchmarking, and career path development. Experience in HR roles related to engineering fields. Background in recruiting or staffing companies only. Fluent in both English and Spanish. Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Slack, Zoho Recruit, and PowerBI is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
